What are my shipping options?

  Shipping Destinations:

- We ship anywhere in the USA. We do not currently ship to any other countries.

  Shipping Times:

- Orders take about 1-2 business days to process.

- Shipping duration will vary depending on location (we ship from Utah), shipment method, and other factors. You will be sent a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you have any questions regarding your order, use our "Contact Us" page.

  Shipping Cost:

- Orders over $50 are eligible for free standard shipping. Expedited, 2-day, and Next-day shipping methods are available for an additional cost.

- Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping. The full price will be displayed at checkout.  

how can i make changes to or cancel an order?

 - This depends on the status of your order. The order may not be changed or canceled once it has shipped. If you have any specific questions, use the "Contact Us" page.

What if i never received my order, it's defective, or missing items?

 - We hope this is never the case, but in the slight chance an issue has occurred, please use the "Contact Us" page. We normally respond within a few hours or one business day at the latest.

where are your products produced?

 - We are a USA based fly company that sources high-quality materials worldwide. Our products are then assembled and/or produced domestically. We do not share specific supplier origin information.

What Payment methods do you accept?

 - We accept secure payments via credit card, debit card, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

- You will select your preferred payment method at checkout.

What is your return policy?

  Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. If you have any issues or questions, reach out via the "Contact Us" page. We will do our best to make it right.

  We offer the following 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:

- If you are not completely satisfied or if your order is damaged or faulty upon delivery, we offer a 100% refund upon returned delivery of the item.

- Timing: 30-days since the day the item was received. For returns, please use the "Contact Us" page. Put "Return" in the subject line and include your order number, name, and reason for the return.

- Once the returned items have arrived at our shop, we will issue the refund. Please note that it may take 4-5 business days for the refund to process.
